Step 1
Add
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Red Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp)

Dijon Mustard (1 tsp)

Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)

Salt (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
to a jar with a lid. I use a mason jar. Shake vigorously to combine all ingredients.
Step 2
Add
Romaine Lettuce (1 head)
,
Red Onion (1/2)
,
Cherry Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups)
,
Black Olives (1/3 cup)
,
Pepperoncini Peppers (1/3 cup)
,
Croutons (2 cups)
, and
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
to a large salad serving bowl.
Step 3
Toss to combine, drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss again to coat the salad. Serve with more Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top.
