Step 1
Hard-boil the

by placing in 1-inch of cold water and heating, covered, for 13 minutes. Run under cold water once time is up so they don't overcook.
Step 2
Dice the
Gouda (1 1/4 cups)

Onion (1)

Cucumber (1/2)

Tomato (1)
and
Hass Avocado (1)
to your preferred size.
Step 3
Add
Herb Vinaigrette (1/2 cup)
. Peel and quarter the eggs, add them to the other ingredients, mix carefully and adjust seasoning to taste. Plate, serve with
Tarallini (to taste)
