Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Hard-boil the Eggs (8) by placing in 1-inch of cold water and heating, covered, for 13 minutes. Run under cold water once time is up so they don't overcook.
Step 2
Dice the Gouda (1 1/4 cups) , Smoked Beef (6 oz) , Onion (1) , Cucumber (1/2) , Tomato (1) and Hass Avocado (1) to your preferred size.
Step 3
Add Herb Vinaigrette (1/2 cup) . Peel and quarter the eggs, add them to the other ingredients, mix carefully and adjust seasoning to taste. Plate, serve with Tarallini (to taste) .
