Cooking Instructions
1.
Hard-boil the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (8) by placing in 1-inch of cold water and heating, covered, for 13 minutes. Run under cold water once time is up so they don't overcook.
2.
Dice the Gouda (1 1/4 cups), Smoked Beef (3/4 cup), Onion (1), Cucumber (1/2), Tomato (1) and Hass Avocado (1) to your preferred size.
3.
Add Herb Vinaigrette (1/2 cup). Peel and quarter the eggs, add them to the other ingredients, mix carefully and adjust seasoning to taste. Plate, serve with Tarallini (to taste).

Serves 2-3 as a main course or 6 as an appetizer.
