Bring Chicken Stock (1 quart) to a simmer.
Add Coconut Milk (2 can).
Add Chili Paste (2 tablespoon) and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Add Ramen Noodles (4 package) and cook according to package instructions.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon), Pickled Hot Chili Peppers (to taste), and leaves of the Napa Cabbage (1 head) and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup). Check and adjust seasonings and adjust. Serve with Softboiled Egg (to taste) if desired.
