Cheesy Potato Casserole is a crowdpleaser at any party or holiday gathering. This is a VERY simple, but SO delicious recipe for Funeral Potatoes that has been in my family for over 40 years.

Frozen Diced Hash Browns , thawed
I use Ore-Ida brand
1 pckg
(8 oz)
1 can
Cream of Chicken Soup

Author's Notes

Allow potatoes to thaw for about 20 minutes. They do not have to be completely thawed. You will just want them thawed enough so that you can stir them with other ingredients easily.

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Frozen Diced Hash Browns (1 pckg) , Sour Cream (1 pckg) , Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can) , and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until completely combined.
Step 3
Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for about 60 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm.
