Chili Bean Sauce
Tyson® Chicken Breasts
Red Bell Peppers
Mince the Garlic (1 clove) and Scallions (1 bunch).
Chop the Red Bell Peppers (2).
Dice the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (12 oz).
Marinate the chicken in Corn Starch (1/2 tsp), Chili Bean Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) for 15 minutes.
Heat Peanut Oil (2 Tbsp) in a wok on high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, then add the chicken and sauce. Stir fry until the chicken turns white.
Add the red bell pepper and stir fry until soft.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
