Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mince the Garlic (1 clove) and Scallions (1 bunch) .
Step 2
Chop the Red Bell Peppers (2) .
Step 3
Dice the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (12 oz) .
Step 4
Marinate the chicken in Corn Starch (1/2 tsp) , Chili Bean Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Heat Peanut Oil (2 Tbsp) in a wok on high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, then add the chicken and sauce. Stir fry until the chicken turns white.
Step 6
Add the red bell pepper and stir fry until soft.
Step 7
Serve hot. Enjoy!
