Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

Scallions (1 bunch)

Marinate the chicken in
Corn Starch (1/2 tsp)

Chili Bean Sauce (2 Tbsp)

Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
for 15 minutes.

Heat
Peanut Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a wok on high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, then add the chicken and sauce. Stir fry until the chicken turns white.

Add the red bell pepper and stir fry until soft.
