Mince the Garlic (1 clove) and Scallion (3).
Chop the Red Bell Pepper (2).
Dice the Chicken Breast (12 ounce).
Marinate the chicken in Corn Starch (1/2 teaspoon), Chili Bean Sauce (2 tablespoon) and Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon) for 15 minutes.
Heat Peanut Oil (2 tablespoon) in a wok on high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, then add the chicken and sauce. Stir fry until the chicken turns white.
Add the red bell pepper and stir fry until soft.
