Add Rice Vinegar (1 tablespoon) with Granulated Sugar (3 package) in the medium bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Slice Small Cucumber (1) on an angle into 1/4 inch thick slices and toss into pickling liquid; allow to pickle until plating.
Place 2 slices of Sourdough Bread (4 slice) on a cutting board.
Lay 2 slices of American Cheese Slice (4 slice) on each slice of bread; overlapping to ensure bread is fully covered. Top with remaining bread slice; set aside.
In a medium pan over medium heat, add Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon). Once the butter melts, add the sandwiches.
Cook the sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted and the bread
is golden brown.
Remove from heat and slice each sandwich diagonally.
On two plates, plate the grilled cheese in the middle and place pickled cucumbers on the side. Serve and enjoy!
