Combine Sesame Oil (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and Garlic (1/4 clove) in a large bowl.
Top with Gochujang (1 cup).
Pour in Water (3/4 cup).
Whisk ingredients so they are combined well.
Add in what you are marinating! Cubed meat for kabobs, tofu, veggies, chicken—the list is endless! Marinate for about 2 hours.
Brush lightly with oil so they don't stick and place on the grill at medium heat.
Grill to desired doneness!
