Cooking Instructions

Chop
Scallions (1/2 cup)
and set aside.

Chop
White Onions (1/2 cup)
and set aside.
3.
Combine
Soy Sauce (2 cups)
and chopped green onions in a large bowl.

Add in
Brown Sugar (1 3/4 cups)
.
5.
Pour in
Sesame Oil (1 1/2 cups)
and
Garlic (1/4 clove)
.
6.
Finally add in chopped white onions.
7.
Whisk ingredients together well.
8.
Gather vegetables for grilling. Thread ingredients on soaked wood or metal skewers.
9.
Brush marinade over vegetables.
10.
Place on the grill at medium heat. Grill to desired doneness, 2-4 minutes on each side.
