Step 1
Preheat steamer while you prepare.
Step 2
Line a six-inch round bamboo basket with parchment paper.

In large bowl, sift together
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups)

Cake Flour (1 1/4 cups)

Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)

In your mixing bowl, whisk
Eggs (3)

Caster Sugar (1 cup)
, and
Cake Stabilizer (1 tsp)
together on high speed for ten minutes.
Step 5
Mix until pale and fluffy.
Step 6
Turn your mixer down to low and drizzle
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and
Water (6 oz)
.
Step 7
Lastly, gradually fold in dry ingredients.
Step 8
Transfer into your lined basket, and gently drop the pan against the worktop to get large air bubbles out.
Step 9
Place it in the steamer for thirty five to forty minutes over rapidly boiling water.
Step 10
Let it cool for 20 minutes before serving.
