In a large pan, heat the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and Shallots (2) or onions and cook until softened and translucent, approximately two to three minutes.
Step 2
Add the Mushrooms (2 cups) and cook until softened and browning, stirring occasionally, about ten minutes.
