Using a peeler, peel the skin off the Cucumber (650 gram). Cut off the sides. Divide the cucumber in half and in half again.
Remove the seeds and cut into bite sized pieces.
Soak and wash the cucumber to remove any dirt. Drain well.
Cut the Chili Pepper (1) into small pieces.
Mince the Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (1), if using. Mince Garlic (2 clove).
Add oil to a work and heat.
Add in garlic and Salt (to taste). Stir fry garlic until slightly toasted.
Add in sliced cucumber.
Add in Chili Powder (1 teaspoon) and continue to saute for a few minutes to let the cucumber absorb the flavor.
Add large chili and mix evenly. Add one cup of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for ten minutes. Stir occasionally.
After ten minutes, add another third of a cup of water and season according to taste. Bring to a boil and shut off the heat.
