Cook and chop the Bacon (16 ounce). Chop the American Cheese Slice (12 ounce). Quarter the Grape Tomatoes (8 ounce). Chop the Deli Ham (1 pound). Chop the Deli Turkey (1 pound). Chop the Pickles (3/4 cup).
Add the sliced turkey, sliced ham, sliced american cheese, Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Cream Cheese (8 ounce), and Seasoned Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon) to a slow cooker.
Mix together and cook on low heat for 2 hours (stirring occasionally), or until cheese is melted and dip is warmed through.
Add the bacon pieces, tomatoes and pickles. Stir and heat for 10 additional minutes on low heat.
Cut the Pita Bread (to taste) into wedges and serve warm with the pita wedges.
