Cooking Instructions
1.
Set up your Instant Pot Steam with a steamer insert; pour in a cup of Chicken Stock (1 cup) and the Garlic (1 clove).
2.
Using the “steam” setting, cook the Cauliflower (1 head) in an Instant Pot for 3 minutes, and do a quick release. Save the liquid.
3.
Transfer the cauliflower into a food processor and pulse the cauliflower a little to loosen it up. Then add the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Chicken Stock (1/2 cup), and pulse to combine.
4.
If using, add Almond Milk (1 dash) and pop under the broiler for 3 minutes for a browned topping.
5.
Serve with a little more cheese on top.
