These Banana Pancakes are flour-less, no sugar, no dairy, gluten free and absolutely delicious and will set you with 3 portions of your 5 a day. They take no more than 20 min to make and kids love them. A good way to add sweetness to your diet without process sugar or carbs.

Ingredients

Small
Bananas
or 1 Large Banana

Free Range Egg
•
as needed
Ground Cinnamon
•

Tbsp
Feta Cheese
•
to taste
Fresh Strawberries
•
to taste
Fresh Blueberries
Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel the Bananas (2) and mash them.
2.
Mash the bananas until you get a smooth paste.
3.
In a bowl, beat the Free Range Egg (2), add the Ground Cinnamon (as needed), the Feta Cheese (3 Tbsp), if using, and the small bananas. Mix well.
4.
Add a bit of the mix to a pan and cook at low heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
5.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes.
6.
Serve immediately with Fresh Strawberries (to taste) and Fresh Blueberries (to taste).
7.
Serve and enjoy!
