Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Place
Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (1 cup)

Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)

Light Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
and
Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (1/4 cup)
in a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Step 3
Remove
Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (1 lb)
from the cans and roll out in one big piece onto a large, greased cookie sheet. Pinch seams together, if needed. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust.
Step 5
Top with
Broccoli (1 cup)
,
Red Bell Peppers (1 cup)
,
Scallions (1 bunch)
, and
Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
.
Step 6
Use a pizza cutter or large knife to cut into squares.
Step 7
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 3 or 4 days.
