Cold Veggie Pizza Appetizer

With lots of veggies, plus protein from shredded cheese and a greek yogurt ranch topping, this makes a very satisfying snack.

Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese , softened

Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup

Light Mayonnaise

Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix

Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls

•

1 cup

Broccoli , chopped

•

1 cup

Red Bell Peppers , chopped

1 bunch

Scallions , chopped

Cheddar Cheese , shredded

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Place Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (1 cup) , Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup) , Light Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) and Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (1/4 cup) in a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Remove Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (1 1/2 cups) from the cans and roll out in one big piece onto a large, greased cookie sheet. Pinch seams together, if needed. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust.

Top with Broccoli (1 cup) , Red Bell Peppers (1 cup) , Scallions (1 bunch) , and Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) .

Use a pizza cutter or large knife to cut into squares.

Serve immediately or store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 3 or 4 days.
