Place Ground Turkey (2 pound) and Ground Beef (2 pound) into a large bowl.
Add Dried Sage (2 teaspoon), Dried Marjoram (2 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (2 teaspoon), Summer Savoury (1 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon), Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon).
Add the Butter (2 tablespoon) and Red Palm Oil (2 tablespoon) to the bowl, and mix everything together. Shape the mixture into patties. The size is up to you.
Add a little more butter or palm oil to a pan over medium high heat because these will want to stick. When hot, add the patties to the pan and cook in batches. Make sure not to crowd the patties.
Fry on medium heat until nicely brown on both sides and cooked through the middle.
