Reheat Lentils (1 cup) until they are hot.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high, add Olive Oil (1 tsp) , then Eggs (2) . Cook until done, flipping if desired. Season with Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Divide lentils between two plates and top with eggs, Fresh Dill (1/2 Tbsp) , and a squeeze of Lemons (2 slices) .
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
