Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Reheat Lentils (1 cup) until they are hot.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high, add Olive Oil (1 teaspoon), then Egg (2). Cook until done, flipping if desired. Season with Salt (1 pinch).
Step 3
Divide lentils between two plates and top with eggs, Fresh Dill (1 1/2 teaspoon), and a squeeze of Lemon (2 slice).
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
