Cooking Instructions

Place the Kale (1 bunch), Garlic (2 cloves), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 dash), Lemon (1), and Fresh Ginger (1 pinch) in a blending apparatus. Blend for at least 60 seconds, stopping and scraping down the sides if needed.
