Stems can be saved for stock
2 cloves
1/4 cup
to taste
1 dash
Cayenne Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes

Lemon , zested, juiced
1 pinch of zest, juice to taste

Step 1
Place the Kale (1 bunch) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Salt (to taste) , Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) , Cayenne Pepper (1 dash) , Lemon (1) , and Fresh Ginger (1 pinch) in a blending apparatus. Blend for at least 60 seconds, stopping and scraping down the sides if needed.
Step 2
Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
