They are a healthy cookie for the little ones, but don't loose any part of "delicious" by their being healthy... it is hard to eat only a few. Be sure to try both the original graham flavor, and the chocolate, which I think is my favorite.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Melt Butter (1/2 cup) in a saucepan. Stir in Water (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Honey (4 Tbsp).

In a mixing bowl stir together Whole Wheat Flour (2 1/4 cups), Evaporated Cane Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp). Add Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup) if you want chocolate crackers.

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until you form a ball.

Roll out to about 1/4 of an inch on parchment paper or lightly floured surface. Cut animal shapes with cookie cutters. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Turn off oven and leave crackers in oven 3-5 minutes longer if you like to crisp them up. If you like,you can make icing during this time. Mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Milk (2 1/2 Tbsp) until thick.
