Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl add Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Garlic (4 clove), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), and Butter (1 1/2 tablespoon) and mix together until it becomes a spread.
Slice the French Bread (1) in half horizontally and place on a foil-lined baking tray. Spread the butter mixture all over both slices of bread.
Liberally sprinkle the Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cup) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) over both slices of bread. Top with remaining Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon).
Place into the middle rack of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven until nice and toasty, around 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes set to broil for 5 minutes to make the top golden brown and bubbly.
