Vegan Dogs with Grilled Avocado and Spicy Mango Mayo
Although the meat dishes often steal the show you don't need meat to have a memorable celebration! This sweet and spicy combination of fruit and spice is sure to please a crowd and will leave your guests plant-empowered!

, deseeded, minced
, halved, pitted, sliced
, thinly sliced
Prepare the Spicy Mango Mayo. Add the Vegan Mayonnaise (1 cup), Mangoes (6), Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Cajun Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp) into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the sauce in a bowl and chill until serving.
Prepare the Vegan Hot Dogs (8) either on a grill or a grill pan in high heat for about 3-5 minutes per side.
Combine the Lime (1) Juice, Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), and Salt (to taste).
Brush the mix on the Avocados (2) and grill for 3-5 minutes on either side.
Place in the Hot Dog Buns (8) the veggie dog and grilled avocado. Top with mayo, and top with Red Onions (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and a slice of Limes (to taste).
