Step 1
Good Choice! You're saving time and energy with your oven as it doesn't require preheating. So let’s get started.
Step 2
Place the Brussels Sprouts (7 1/2 cups) on a sheet pan along with the Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 oz) . Make sure the baking pan is suitable for microwave.
Step 3
Add the Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and toss with your hands to be sure that all of the sprouts are coated.
Step 4
Spread the mixture into a single layer. Season evenly with the Kosher Salt (1 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) .
Step 5
Now for the easiest step. Just say 'Alexa, tell cooking challenge to start oven' and the fitting program will be automatically set. Thanks to the integrated microwave function the Brussels sprouts will be tender and nicely browned within 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle immediately with the Aged Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp) . Taste for seasonings and serve while hot.
