Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2
Place the
Brussels Sprouts (7 1/2 cups)
on a sheet pan along with the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 oz)
.
Step 3
Add the
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
and toss with your hands to be sure that all of the sprouts are coated.
Step 4
Spread the mixture into a single layer. Season evenly with the
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 5
Roast the Brussels sprouts for 25 to 30 minutes, until they’re tender and nicely browned and the bacon is cooked. Toss once during roasting.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle immediately with the
Aged Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
. Taste for seasonings and serve while hot.
