Good Choice! You're saving time and energy with your oven as it doesn't require preheating. So let’s get started! First, cut the Fingerling Potatoes (6 cups) in half lengthwise. Place them on a sheet pan.

Add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Kosher Salt (1 tsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , and the Whole Grain Mustard (2 tsp) to the potatoes, and toss well with your hands to coat.

Now just say 'Alexa, tell cooking challenge to start oven' and the perfect setting will be selected. If you are very hungry, no problem, as the integrated microwave setting will save up to 50% of the baking time.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp) , Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) , White Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) . Pour the dressing over the hot potatoes, toss, and serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
