Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon) in warm Water (1 cup). Stir in Salt (1 teaspoon), Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), and Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup). Beat vigorously twenty strokes, then knead about twenty times. Let it set about five minutes.
Bake pizza crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Take out the pizza crust and load the toppings. Add the Barbecue Sauce (1 bottle), Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (2 cup), Chicken (1 cup), Onion (to taste) and Bell Pepper (to taste). Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
