Cooking Instructions

Remove Banana (1), Frozen Strawberries (7), and Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 cup), and allow to sit out for 5 to 10 minutes to thaw slightly.

Add Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Honey (1 Tbsp), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups), Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp), Cacao Nibs (1 Tbsp), and Almond Milk (1 cup) to a blender or nutribullet and blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds or until a smooth, creamy texture.

Top with any desired toppings such as sprinkle of hemp seeds or cacao nibs.
