Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Using a mandoline, thinly slice the Yukon Gold Potatoes (3) .
Step 3
In a non-stick oven-safe pan, layer the some of the Heavy Cream (1 cup) , Granulated Garlic (1 tsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Layer on the thinly sliced potatoes. Keep repeating with cream, potatoes, and spices until the pan is filled.
Step 5
Top with remaining cream and spices and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 6
Cool for 10 minutes to 15 minutes before serving.
