Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Using a mandoline, thinly slice the Yukon Gold Potato (3).
In a non-stick oven-safe pan, layer the some of the Heavy Cream (1 cup), Granulated Garlic (1 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Layer on the thinly sliced potatoes. Keep repeating with cream, potatoes, and spices until the pan is filled.
Top with remaining cream and spices and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes to 15 minutes before serving.
