Canned Corn (2 2/3 cups)
Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups)
In a 9-inch casserole pan, layer the green beans, corn, water chestnuts, and
White Onion (1)
In a small bowl, mix together
Sour Cream (1 cup)
Cream of Chicken Soup (1 cup)
. Spread mixture over casserole.
Top casserole with
Monterey Jack Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
Crackers (1 1/2 cups)
Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the tin foil in the last 10 minutes and cook until lightly browned and bubbling.
