Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2
Drain the Canned French Style Green Beans (4 cups) , Canned Corn (2 2/3 cups) , and Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups) .
Step 3
In a 9-inch casserole pan, layer the green beans, corn, water chestnuts, and White Onion (1) .
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together Sour Cream (1 cup) and Cream of Chicken Soup (1 cup) . Spread mixture over casserole.
Step 5
Top casserole with Monterey Jack Cheese (1 1/2 cups) , Crackers (1 1/2 cups) , and Unsalted Butter (1 stick) . Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the tin foil in the last 10 minutes and cook until lightly browned and bubbling.
Step 6
Enjoy your vegetable casserole!
