Add Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup), Chia Seeds (1 1/2 tablespoon), Oats (1 cup), Cardamom-Infused Maple Syrup (1 1/2 tablespoon) to a medium-sized bowl.
Mix until combined. Refrigerate overnight.
Take out, stir once or twice, and add Goji Berries (to taste), Pomegranate Seeds (to taste), Granola (to taste), Fresh Blueberries (to taste) and Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste). Enjoy!
