Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and spray round pizza pan with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed).

Chop Cauliflower (1 head) into pieces and add it food processor. Pulse for 30-45 seconds or until cauliflower is riced into fine pieces.

Add the riced cauliflower to microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for 4-5 minutes.

At this point, once the riced cauliflower has cooled, you can put it in a double layer of cheesecloth and squeeze to remove all moisture.

In a medium bowl, add cooked cauliflower, Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup), Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning (1 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (1/4 tsp). Stir to combine.

Transfer to greased pizza pan and spread out, using a spatula, to an even round crust.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

While crust bakes, add Orange Bell Pepper (3/4), Onion (1/2), and Cherry Tomatoes (5) to baking sheet and sprinkle with desired seasonings.

Place in the same oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until soft.

Once the crust has baked for 15 minutes, remove, add Pizza Sauce (3/4 cup), chopped veggies, and Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup) and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Turn oven to broil and bake for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to ensure it does not burn.

Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper if desired, then EAT!
