Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and spray round pizza pan with
Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed)

Step 2
Chop
Cauliflower (1 head)
into pieces and add it food processor. Pulse for 30-45 seconds or until cauliflower is riced into fine pieces.
Step 3
Add the riced cauliflower to microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
At this point, once the riced cauliflower has cooled, you can put it in a double layer of cheesecloth and squeeze to remove all moisture.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, add cooked cauliflower,
Egg (1)

Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp)
,
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup)
,
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
,
Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp)
,
Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Transfer to greased pizza pan and spread out, using a spatula, to an even round crust.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Step 8
While crust bakes, add
Orange Bell Pepper (3/4)
,
Onion (1/2)
, and
Cherry Tomatoes (5)
to baking sheet and sprinkle with desired seasonings.
Step 9
Place in the same oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until soft.
Step 10
Once the crust has baked for 15 minutes, remove, add
Pizza Sauce (3/4 cup)
, chopped veggies, and
Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup)
and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Step 11
Turn oven to broil and bake for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to ensure it does not burn.
Step 12
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper if desired, then EAT!
