Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and spray round pizza pan with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed).

Chop Cauliflower (1 head) into pieces and add it food processor. Pulse for 30-45 seconds or until cauliflower is riced into fine pieces.

Add the riced cauliflower to microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for 4-5 minutes.

At this point, once the riced cauliflower has cooled, you can put it in a double layer of cheesecloth and squeeze to remove all moisture.

In a medium bowl, add cooked cauliflower, Egg (1), Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup), Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup), Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning (1 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Stir to combine.

Transfer to greased pizza pan and spread out, using a spatula, to an even round crust.
