Blend the Peanuts (1/3 cup) in food processor for approximately 60 seconds or until finely ground but not butter consistency.
With ground peanuts still in food processor, add Banana (2 1/2), Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup), Honey (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/4 teaspoon), and Stevia (1/4 teaspoon). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add to freezer safe container and freeze until firm, approximately 2 hours.
Top with additional crushed peanuts or other desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
