Step 1
Arrange half of cubed Challah Bread (16 ounce), in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle Cream Cheese (8 ounce), pieces evenly over bread. Top with remaining bread.
Step 2
Whisk together Egg (4), Butter (1/4 cup), Half and Half (3 cup), and Pure Maple Syrup (1/3 cup). Pour over bread, pressing bread cubes to absorb egg mixture. Chill and cover for 8 hours.
