Arrange half of cubed Challah Bread (1 lb) , in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle Cream Cheese (1 cup) , pieces evenly over bread. Top with remaining bread.
Step 2
Whisk together Eggs (4) , Butter (1/4 cup) , Half and Half (3 cups) , and Pure Maple Syrup (1/3 cup) . Pour over bread, pressing bread cubes to absorb egg mixture. Chill and cover for 8 hours.
