In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Garlic (2 clove), Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Whisk until combined.
Cover and refrigerate until serving. Add Salt (to taste) after serving the baby’s portion.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Black Beans (1 cup), Sweet Potato (1 cup), Quick Cooking Oats (1/2 cup), Egg (1), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using your hands, form burger mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Press to flatten into patties and place patties on wax paper until ready to fry.
In a large frying pan, heat Avocado Oil (1/2 cup) over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering, add the patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until brown on the outside.
