Step 1
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)

Garlic (2 cloves)

Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
. Whisk until combined.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate until serving. Add
Salt (to taste)
after serving the baby’s portion.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine
Black Beans (1 cup)
,
Sweet Potatoes (1 cup)
,
Quick Cooking Oats (1/2 cup)
,
Egg (1)
,
Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 4
Using your hands, form burger mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Press to flatten into patties and place patties on wax paper until ready to fry.
Step 5
In a large frying pan, heat
Avocado Oil (1/2 cup)
over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering, add the patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until brown on the outside.
