Rinse Beef Chuck (3 pound) and pat it dry with paper towels. Place them in the waterless pot of a Fusion Cooker. Add Onion (1).
Place Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (3), Garlic (4 clove), Beef Broth (1 cup), Ground Cumin (1 1/2 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (1 tablespoon), Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cloves (1/4 teaspoon), and Lime Juice (1/4 cup) in a food processor. Pulse until blended.
Pour the mixture over the beef. Add in Bay Leaf (3).
Cover with the glass lid. Select "Cook" mode, level 3 and set the timer for 2 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender.
Transfer beef to a shallow container and shred the beef with two forks.
