Step 1
Rinse Beef Chuck (3 lb) and pat it dry with paper towels. Place them in the waterless pot of a Fusion Cooker. Add Onion (1) .
Step 2
Place Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (3) , Garlic (4 cloves) , Beef Broth (1 cup) , Ground Cumin (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp) , and Lime Juice (1/4 cup) in a food processor. Pulse until blended.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the beef. Add in Bay Leaves (3) .
Step 4
Cover with the glass lid. Select "Cook" mode, level 3 and set the timer for 2 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender.
Step 5
Transfer beef to a shallow container and shred the beef with two forks.
