Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Roll out the Fresh Pizza Dough (18 ounce) to fill a sheet pan or a pizza pan, making sure to create a "lip" around the edges so you have room to add the cheese sticks.
Place Mozzarella Cheese Stick (10 stick) 2 inches in from the edge of the dough and fold the edges over to form a stuffed crust.
Top the crust with an even layer of the pureed or crushed San Marzano Tomatoes (1 can), then add torn strips of the Buffalo Mozzarella Ball (1) on top.
Brush Olive Oil (to taste) on the edges, then bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with strips of Fresh Basil Leaf (1/2 cup) and Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) before slicing. Serve warm so that cheese is still melty!
