Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Roll out the
Fresh Pizza Dough (1.1 lb)
to fill a sheet pan or a pizza pan, making sure to create a "lip" around the edges so you have room to add the cheese sticks.
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (10 sticks)
2 inches in from the edge of the dough and fold the edges over to form a stuffed crust.
Top the crust with an even layer of the pureed or crushed
San Marzano Tomatoes (1 can)
, then add torn strips of the
Buffalo Mozzarella Ball (1)
Olive Oil (to taste)
on the edges, then bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with strips of
Fresh Basil Leaves (1/2 cup)
Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
before slicing. Serve warm so that cheese is still melty!
