Cooking Instructions
1.
Before starting this recipe, have everything prepped. It comes together in a flash!
2.
In a small bowl combine Tamari Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Garlic (3 cloves), Fresh Ginger (1 in) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed).
3.
Turn on your stove's exhaust fan.
4.
Place a large skillet over high heat - and let the pan get very hot.
5.
Add Toasted Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) to the pan along with Toasted White Sesame Seeds (as needed).
6.
Carefully add the package of frozen edamame in pods, Edamame (4 1/2 cups) and don't stir -- allow it to sear and blister about 1-2 minutes.
