Step 1
Cut the boneless
Beef (10.5 oz)
and
Pork (7 oz)
into medium sized pieces and mix them in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the
Garlic (2 cloves)
and sliced
Onion (1)
to the mix, and put everything through a meat grinder. Add some
Milk (1/3 cup)
to the mixture, and season with
Sea Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Using a glass, mix the other half of the milk
Milk (1/3 cup)
with the
Water (1/3 cup)
.
Step 4
Spread the
All-Purpose Flour (4 cups)
on a board, and smoothly mix with the
Egg (1)
and
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
. You can use some milk to add moisture to the dough. With a rolling pin, make sure the dough is flattened and mixed well.
Step 5
Make a small pieces of round meat balls from the grinded meat. Put the flattened dough on a dumpling cutter, and place the small meat balls on top.
Step 6
Make sure to cover the top with another flattened dough. Cut out any extra dough that is left outside the dumpling cutter.
Step 7
Boil the dumplings inside boiling water.
Step 8
Put some
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
on the frying pan and fry the dumplings. You can add some eggs to the frying pan.
Step 9
Place the dumplings on a dish, and you are good to serve! Enjoy
