Freezer friendly bacon breakfast sandwiches are the answer to busy mornings! Meal prep then reheat these tasty egg, bacon, and cheese sandwiches anytime.
1) If you are freezing the sandwiches, wrap each one in aluminum foil. Put all the sandwiches in a freezer bag for storage. Freeze for up to 1 month.
2) To Reheat: Unwrap the frozen sandwich and place it on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Heat at full power for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the egg is warmed throughout. Toast the muffin separately if you want a crunchier sandwich.
