I'm always on the look out for a good sandwich since I bring lunch to work a couple of times a week. That's where this smashed chickpea avocado sandwich comes in. I made an avocado feta dip a little while ago and I kept thinking it would make a good sandwich spread.

Rinse and drain the Canned Chickpeas (2 cups) and pat dry on a paper towel. Juice the Lemon (1) and grate the Garlic (1 clove).
