Cooking Instructions
1.
In a skillet heat up
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
and
Garlic (1 clove)
. Saute on low heat until garlic gets a nice golden color.

Wash and cut in half the
Grape Tomatoes (8)
.
3.
Add tomatoes to skillet. Season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
. Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.

Add
Salmon Fillets (3.5 oz)
, cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.

Add the
Heavy Cream (2/3 cup)
, adjust with salt and pepper and let simmer on low for 2-3 min. Add the
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
.
6.
Meanwhile, cook the
Rotini Pasta (3.5 oz)
based on packaging instructions.
7.
Add it to the skillet and saute it with the sauce on low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
8.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
