Cooking Instructions
1.
In a skillet heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove). Saute on low heat until garlic gets a nice golden color.

Wash and cut in half the Grape Tomatoes (8).
3.
Add tomatoes to skillet. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.

Add Salmon Fillets (3.5 oz), cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.

Add the Heavy Cream (2/3 cup), adjust with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and let simmer on low for 2-3 min. Add the Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp).
6.
Meanwhile, cook the Rotini Pasta (3.5 oz) based on packaging instructions.
7.
Add it to the skillet and saute it with the sauce on low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
8.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
