Creamy Salmon Pasta

Put together fresh salmon, tomatoes on the vine, cream, fresh herbs and you get a delicious pasta dish which is even super easy to make and will only take you 15 minutes to prepare!

100 gram Salmon Fillet , sliced in chunks
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
to taste Salt and Pepper
150 milliliter Heavy Cream
100 gram Rotini Pasta

STEP 1
In a skillet heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) and Garlic (1 clove). Saute on low heat until garlic gets a nice golden color.
STEP 2
Wash and cut in half the Grape Tomatoes (8).
STEP 3
Add them to the skillet. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Add Salmon Fillet (100 gram), cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Add the Heavy Cream (150 milliliter) now, adjust with salt and pepper and let simmer on low for 2-3 min. Add the Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon).
STEP 6
Meanwhile, cook the Rotini Pasta (100 gram) based on packaging instructions.
STEP 7
Add it to the skillet and saute it with the sauce on low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 8
Serve it up and enjoy!
