, Cook and occasionally stir for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (3 Tbsp)
and crumbled
Vegetarian Sausage (1)
and stir for a minute.
Step 4
Add the
Capers (1 Tbsp)
and
Marinated Artichokes (4)
and stir for a minute.
Step 5
Add the
White Beans (1/4 can)
,
Chickpeas (1/4 can)
, any additional herbs,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir for a minute.
Step 6
Add the
Arugula (to taste)
and stir in. Let scramble cook, occasionally stirring for 2-3 minutes.
