Once grilled, the halloumi cooks up with a crispy exterior and a warm & soft interior, making it a great option for a vegetarian burger. Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Start by heating your grill or a grill pan. Once heated, grease the grates or the pan well with oil.
Step 2
Heat the Flatbread (1 package) on the grill until hot, reserve them on a plate covered with a towel to keep them warm.
Step 3
Place the Halloumi Cheese (2 package) on the grill and cook until nicely browned on each side, approximately 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 4
Spread each Foldit with about 1/3 cup of Tzatziki (16 ounce), add Lettuce (to taste) leaves, Tomato (to taste), grilled halloumi and Pickled Red Onions (to taste).
Step 5
Fold and serve. Enjoy!
