Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Start by heating your grill or a grill pan. Once heated, grease the grates or the pan well with oil.
Step 2
Heat the Flatbread (1 pckg) on the grill until hot, reserve them on a plate covered with a towel to keep them warm.
Step 3
Place the Halloumi Cheese (2 pckg) on the grill and cook until nicely browned on each side, approximately 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 4
Spread each Foldit with about 1/3 cup of Tzatziki (1 3/4 cups) , add Lettuce (to taste) leaves, Tomatoes (to taste) , grilled halloumi and Pickled Red Onions (to taste) .
Step 5
Fold and serve. Enjoy!
