Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Egg (1) with an electric mixer until smooth. Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Butter (1/2 cup) . Beat again.
Step 3
Add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and Salt (1/2 tsp) . Mix with spoon until well combined. Stir in Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) and Finely Chopped Pecans (1/2 cup) .
Step 4
Pour into an 8-inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) .
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Cut into squares and transfer to a nice serving plate. Enjoy!
