1.
Make the chia pudding by combining Chia Seeds (1/3 cup), Almond Milk (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) in the blender.

Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 3. Pour into a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes.

Add the Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 cup), Dragon Fruits (3/4 cup), Bananas (1 cup), Almond Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp), Coconut Chips (to taste), Fresh Mint Leaves (4), and Water (3 2/3 Tbsp) into the blender and blend for 1 minute on Speed 7.
4.
Divide berry and dragon fruit mixture between two glasses and top with chia pudding.
5.
Decorate with extra chopped dragon fruit, coconut chips, a drizzle of honey and mint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
